Luxury, Safety and Lifestyle
Working with Jakin Construction Group for this new residential build on the design, James & Brooke (owners) wanted to create a luxurious family home with plenty of entertaining space for their friends and 3 kids. With 9 months to complete this project, we worked closely with the builder and client to deliver a final product that suited the client’s lifestyle. This new home electrical installation would include a security system, wired-in audio visual throughout the house (complete with home cinema) and some very impressive lighting in the pool area.
Communication for a smooth delivery
As the job progressed so quickly, it was important that we stayed in regular and consistent contact with the builder. We also worked closely with the client to ensure we could deliver products suitable to their lifestyle and requirements
The job itself was broken down into two main stages. The rough-in required us to lay the foundations of a complex intercom system, consisting of 3 different entries, a sound system which went throughout the entire home, as well as substantial outdoor and indoor lighting. We also needed to upgrade and install a new main power supply in order to support the energy requirements of the new build.
After the rough in stage was complete and the other trades had done their work, we came back to complete the final finishings and electrical equipment.
It was an absolute pleasure to be a part of such an incredible new home electrical project. Brooke and James’ vision to create the ultimate family friendly entertainer was brought to life by some amazing lighting (and audio visual), which we got to install and see in action.
While the entire property (that pool!) is most incredible, we are most proud of installing and programming the complex security system that was put in place to protect their 5 acre property and family. It required some intricate and thoughtful work to ensure safety and functionality, and we were pleased to be able to deliver on that.
